You guys have been in the business.

He's been in since 2012.

You've been in since 2016, ish?

Yeah.

Do you remember the first time you guys worked together?

You know, I think the very first time I worked with him,

it was like a camping scene.

We've shot a lot.

Oh, you have?

We've shot a few.

Like, not a crazy amount.

Uh-huh.

But we shot, you know, it was like

a couple of years sometimes.

There were like flies all around our stuff.

We had a fuck on the floor in nature, like on a blanket.

But it was really nice,

other than being really hot and sweaty.

She's always been sweet.

Very sweet, easy to work with.

Yeah.

Very professional.

We've actually talked about doing like our own stuff,

but we just haven't,

haven't been able to make it work with our schedules.

Yeah.

But she's, she's awesome, man.

Always.

Every time I'm on set with her, it's always good news.

When I think of nice,

I think of he doesn't disrespect my boundaries.

When he looks at me and talks to me,

he cares about me as a person

and he's not absorbed in himself.

And there's this sort of effortlessness

that he has about the way he exists.

He's just like the bee.

He just bees.

He's like the weedy pie and she likes sex.

And I saw the progression of it too.

You know, when you first start,

you don't really know like where you're at

and where you stand.

And you don't know how your confidence yet.

So I saw like within two years,

like she fucking threw it down.

There's this sort of ease that it puts you in.

Because you're not analyzing him

because he's not displaying behaviors

that humans tend to display.

They tend to display when they're not at ease, so.

That's interesting.

I was like, where the fuck did this come from?

But in a good way,

because some people will throw it down.

It's over the fucking top.

But she always like, she did such a good job in scenes.

And like I said, very professional.

And it helps me as a male performer,

like, and sweet, like energy.

Like someone that's an asshole, I'll shoot.

But it sucks.

You know, it's like, ugh.

I guess I'm just really hyper vigilant.

And so for sensitive people,

we tend to absorb people's energy.

So when there's nothing to absorb, but presence,

it just makes it really safe.

And when I feel safe, I feel sexual.

Have you worked with a lot of tough people in your career?

I mean, you've worked for a long time, so.

Yeah.

Oh yeah, there's so many.

There's people that just show up for the job.

For the most part, especially now,

most performers that are doing it.

They're doing it because they enjoy it.

Hopefully. Yeah.

you get some people like they bring their drama to set like i said it's a 50 50 split because you

get good and bad in every industry like whatever you're in job whatever there's there's good and

bad and all but for this industry it's really that do you know who the fuck i am attitude

that's when it gets bad and you're like i just shot with you like last year and you were totally

a different person yeah do you ever not feel safe when you're on set or have you had those instances

i've definitely had those experiences in the past um when i first started you know you're 19

you don't know how to say no a lot of people tend to be people pleasers yeah but i don't regret

those experiences i think they're just a part of who i am and now i'm just in a place where i can

look back and be like wow look how far i've grown and it also allows me to grow within my sexuality

like what do i really like you let that shit

you let that shit do what it wants you let that shit do what it wants you let that shit do what it wants

get to your head and you're like fuck i gotta put that person on the no list yeah yes yes and it

feel i feel bad i'm like look i'm not gonna deal with that or someone that like i feel i can't be me

around them the awareness grew but i think what was shut down was the emotional capability to know

that it was allowed to feel oh and so the more that i allowed myself to feel until my body was

safe to feel

the more i was able to act on the awareness you know i'm always there to listen talk that's why

i always talk to everybody before i shoot i do because if say that person does have a stink

attitude i know how to adjust i can see it ahead of time if i don't know i'm walking in blind you

don't want to be in that situation that you say the wrong fucking thing it's called reading the

room and so i was always aware that non-safe things were going on but there was a part of me

that shut off that said i'm not going to be in that situation and i'm not going to be in that

situation and i'm like oh you're not allowed to like speak up or say no and then all of a sudden

like a flower you blew like a violent do you think that it's more likely for men or women

to get an ego when they're contracted both most of the guys that we had that i've been contracted

with they're all good dudes i trust them to be honest but there are some i think this industry

humbles guys though when you get past the even the third third third third third third third third

year mark you've gone through the oh shit i fucked up on set like i couldn't i had a hard time yeah

that happens like you're not going to be perfect all the time how have you maintained not having

an ego lots of therapy okay that can help lots of somatic experiencing and a drive to stay more

connected to my inner world rather than the external world everybody thinks oh you just

walk in and fuck i wish

be nice but this one's kind of nice you could interview to it but you have to get your dick

hard and everybody's like oh that's the easy part is it no it's not no if you have a bad day didn't

get your sleep and you got to do it on command in front of a shit ton of dudes of course you can't

just get rid of your ego but just kind of living in balance and trying to stay grounded and also

not separating myself from me versus them like oh i'm grounded in balance which i'm not always like

it's a day off and i'm like oh i'm not going to be able to do it because i'm not going to be able to

it's a work in progress but not separating myself from someone who may be struggling because

separating myself from them saying like oh i'm better than them puts me back into the same kind

of loop of judging others which makes you feel better than others which isn't true i think i

would bet somebody offered violet a contract she ain't changing no yeah no no she's gonna be

solid man she's a solid person yes yeah ever since i've known her she's always been a solid person

nice i mean you've grown of course but you've always been really kind and just a joy to be

around and van has as well so it's nice to see that you guys haven't changed thank you i feel
